- The final payment includes the register dues and the accommodation payment in the chosen hotel.

- The payments are tax free. The transfer costs will be assumed by each member.

- The delegate’s kit and accreditation will be delivered during the arrival to the Congress.

- Each Center is represented by a maximum of 2 delegates with voting rights in the Assemblies and the reunions of the Committees, providing that they had accordingly paid the annual dues to PEN International.

- Besides the 2 delegates, each Center may register an unlimited number of participants and companions.

- Until September 16, 2016: total refund, except 75€ of administrative expenses. After September 16, 2016, there is no refund.
